What is the issue you’re encountering

We cannot use our domain as a custom domain until it is no longer blocked.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have removed the alleged infringement page entirely and requested the security team to review it. Nearly a month has passed since then without any reply. Additionally, the alleged infringement notice did not specify which exact content on our page was the issue. We sent emails to the abuse department to no avail. We only receive canned responses stating that the page contains copyrighted content.
