I am limited on my DNS knowledge, but our website is currently down and I’m unsure how to fix it. Can I get some pointers in the right direction?

Hi @chris40, sorry your site is not working. But, I don’t think is serious and easy to troubleshoot. I’m on a small screen at moment but follow this link, https://community.cloudflare.com/search?context=topic&context_id=75235&q=526%20tip&skip_context=true. The first result is a tip to troubleshoot why you’re getting the 526 error. Something with the certificate on your origin and SSL settings on the Cloudflare SSL/TLS app. Please post back and let us know how it goes.
Hi cloonan! I fixed it shortly after I posted. The crypto SSL was set to full (strict). I put it on full and it works now. Thanks!
