Our domain (public IP numbers) are getting blocked constantly by Cloudflare customer sites.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have contacted the sites to add our public IP addresses to their list of custom IP access rules, but it takes a lot of time to find the correct IT person at these random companies. It’s a process that can take a lot of time, when teachers or administrators at our district just want to access a normal, everyday site. I’m wondering if our IP numbers can be added to Cloudflare at a higher level so we are not getting blocked at such a high rate. Neighboring districts are not getting blocked by the same sites as our district.
