We experienced sudden website- and mail issues for our domain safelaceindustrial.eu; the status shows “moved”. We did not make any changes ourselves. Looking at our registrar information, the domain is still ours and valid. Nameservers are still pointing at Cloudflare’s dom and elsa, like our other domains.
I’m not sure how to investigate this issue and find out what the root cause is.

Explanation for the Quarantine status is:
Based on the registration date, it simply looks like like the renewal hasn’t been made (e.g. you haven’t paid your registrar) to prolong your registration.
As such, the domain name is in the process of expiring and getting deleted.
To fix it, you must contact your registrar and get the issue fixed.
Thanks DarkDevil, for getting back with this information. I didn’t check EURid, just executed a whois from Linux, completely ignoring the fact that it said “Please visit www.eurid.eu for more info.”
The first thing I checked was my registrar account and verified the domain was ours and paid for, and it is. So, something went wrong at their end.
