What is the issue you’re encountering

Unable to upload image, video to R2 resource while using Jio Network.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have followed all the required steps related to the ISP:

  • I checked with the Jio support team, and they confirmed that everything is working fine on their network.
  • For the past 2 years, the application was running on an S3 bucket, and during that time, it worked perfectly without any issues.
  • After migrating 500GB of data to R2, we started noticing issues specifically for users on the Jio network.
  • We also observed that many users in your community have reported similar speed-related issues.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Download the application from: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=tepnot&c=apps&hl=en
  2. Try uploading or downloading any media using a Jio network.
  3. You will notice that the media does not upload or download while using Jio.
  4. However, the same media uploads and downloads perfectly on other networks, such as Wi-Fi or different mobile carriers.

This sounds like something you need to report to jio if it is only happening when using their service
