Our phones keep going offline intermittently. 8x8 VOIP ran a diagnostic test on our network and the above error is what they got.

This domain isn’t even using Cloudflare.

Could you ask them to explain what that means? I see the domain resolving to different IPs in different parts of the world, but that’s not uncommon.

This would be a question of/for whoever manages your internal DNS servers. This isn’t related you a domain which might be hosted on Cloudflare this is about how your clients resolve DNS entries for the outside world.
