What is the issue you’re encountering

Set up application and policy resolving to my self hosted app sitting behind NPM. Everything works without Cloudflare Access and when adding the APP and policy I get the Cloudflare Email Login. enter an allowed email and click send a code. No code is ever received. cloudflare is added as allowed in spam filter and I receive other notifications form cloudflare to the same address. I am NOT using a cloudflare tunnel.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Set up access self-hosted app, add policy, test.

The email being used doesn’t match the policy.
