OTP Codes not being received, despite Email address IS matching the policy. Attempting to enrol in WARP client

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Confirmed the email being entered matches policy which it does. Yet code isn’t received

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try and login with a email and OTP, Email codes not received
