OsClass email server not functioning after switching to Cloudflare

I’ve been enjoying the experience of OsClass and Cloudflare. Thanks guys!

I’ve hit a roadblock that need some advice please.

Before implementing Cloudflare, all email functions work well:
a. Webmail
b. Email client (Thunderbird)
c. OsClass email

After implementing Cloudflare,
a. Webmail still works
b. Email client (Thunderbird) still works
c. OsClass email does not work

My DNS settings in Cloudflare (screenshot):
MX record is pointing at the mail subdomain, Unproxied (DNS only)
A record “mail” is pointing at the IP address, Unproxied (DNS only)

Appreciate if anyone can advise on this, thank you!

That is not even remotely close to sufficient detail for anyone to understand, let alone solve, your problem.

You may want to start with the OsClass documentation, making note of the link to their forum. They can help you better describe what isn’t working and how the changes you introduced may impact that function.

While I appreciate that you made an effort, you haven’t provided new information. You need to be looking at errors in your OsClass logs. The Cloudflare Community cannot help with that. The OsClass forums are the appropriate resource to aid you with that. If it turns out to be something in Cloudflare, we can help, but only once you know how your OsClass installation is broken.
