What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i have implemented the image optimization on cloudflare for particular domain and while doing the testing under Transformation >manage> i see some errors like in the below SS. i want to know this error is coming on which URL’s any kind of logs is there to check.

Have you asked whoever hosts those images for those logs?

@sdayman For that purpose only we want to know is there is way which url are throwing this error. i tried to find the same on cloudflare analytics but no help on this

That should result in a 415 error here. If you have a paid plan, you can look for those in Analytics for HTTP traffic.
