"Origin down" wrongly reported for just 1 domain


I’m a CF customer since several years, I recently started using the load balancing features. I have more than 30 domains currently active and using the same configuration:
CNAME www -> loadbalancer

The last domain I added simply won’t work using an exact copy of the DNS configuration I use for other domains, reporting a HTTP 521 Origin down error. It is clearly wrongly reported.

I might have hit some CF limits or bug, I have no idea.

I’d appreciate some help, I tried contacting CF customer support a week ago but still no answer.
