What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m trying to use Cloudflare certificate and private key to secure local traffic through Adguard Home (I have a service that requires it.) However, I get the above fault on the certificate.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve installed both the root certificate from Cloudflare and the Origin certificate to the server that Adguard Home is on and restarted the server. I’m not sure what else to do here to get Cloudflare to be a known authority on the server.

The Cloudflare origin certificate is only trusted by Cloudflare so requires use of the proxy, see…

If using without the proxy or the application you are using it with requires a trusted certificate then you need to use one from Letsencrypt or another thrusted CA.
