Origin cert is has no trusted issuing authority

Hi, The origin cert is not working the issuer of certificate could not be found …
Usually the certificates have hierarchy of two or three levels and reaches to the root.
That is not happening with with our origin certificate…
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks … But I am not sure about ,
“you will need to append the appropriate root below to your .pem file.”
meaning before:
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
Start another MIICiDCCA without:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

and merge files like that … and use own Servers RSA …
is that correct?
