Ordinary user getting blocked - any advice

hi guys - apologies if in the wrong place (probably am). anyway, just an ordinary user Going Crazy with the Cloudflare challenges from my home comcast isp. scanned my computer, not a bad guy and just go to ordinary sites - how can i stop this? called comcast and they don’t even know who Cloudflare is or what they do.
