trying to proxy my dns for shopify

i followed the guide but it seems that Orange to Orange is not allowed on my account

try to proxy my www. CNAME and just get the error message

For Shopify, could you follow the instructions below? Specifically, the enablement section.

I have also enabled O2O for your account, performing the actions in the documentation above wouldn’t cause an error.
