. The Italian isn’t really good, that’s the issue with the translation I guess. It’s missing some words, the phrase construction is strange and some words are written with spelling errors…
If you are interested it should say:
Is the basic access free for a domain? (don’t really know what is the question about exactly, but I suspect your idea is correct)

Ciao @Fastfurious, il piano di base (che include DNS, proxy e protezione DDOS, ecc.) è gratuito. Si possono fare degli upgrade, ma il mio consiglio è sempre di iniziare con il piano base e poi eventualmente salire in base alle necessità.
Hai guardato il sito Cloudflare in italiano? La traduzione non è perfetta, ma si capisce, specialmente se si è madrelingua.
Se ti interessa qui ci sono i vari piani con tutte le funzioni.
