Pro. I’m having the same problem. No way to submit a ticket in the new system.

For issues that can not be solved by the Community, please submit a new support request from the email address you used to register your Cloudflare account. You should open a ticket directly through the Cloudflare dashboard following these steps:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account and click on “Support” in the top right corner, from the drop down select Help Center.
- Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the drop down menu select “My activities” where you will see your existing requests.
- Scroll to the bottom of the “My Requests” page and click “Submit a request”.
If you are successful, please post the ticket number here. If not, let me know here and describe the issue. I can open a ticket on your behalf or we can help here.
I suspect the options you selected prior to this screen are what led you to the above screen, for example if the issue is not domain related.
Can you share a bit about what issue you are encountering to see if the Community can assist?
