Can’t open support cases for PRO Plan domains

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m trying to open a support case for a network issue related to a specific edge location. Regardless of which category I chose, I always end up with the “Post to community” button when selecting the PRO plan domain. I tried reaching out to [email protected] but got an autoresponder immediately. Is there another way for open a ticket or is this not available anymore for PRO plans?

Seem that CF remove the ticket for PRO plan without writing this in any part of the website. The support documentation show support case available to PRO plan, but there is no way to open it. Very bad. Very frustrating. VEry shaming.
