Only static IP's are allowed through

Hello,

I had to put Cloudflare on our site due to a Brute force attack.

I have put a few IP addresses as allowed. The only one that allows me to get to the admin page of our site is on a static IP. The home based IPs are not allowed to access the admin site.

Any advice?

Thanks!

Any requests that are blocked or challenged should show up in the Firewall Events log. That would show you the Cloudflare setting that is restricting access, then you can adjust accordingly.

I only see the events related to the allowed IP address in the firewall log. There aren’t any blocked attempts at all.

When I’ve tried to access the admin page from my home IP my website gives me a 403 page.

Please post a screenshot of that 403 page.

The URL changes to:

.com/index.php?route=403.shtml

The page looks like the attached.

That’s not a Cloudflare message, so it must be coming from the origin server.
