Only one user is getting an error 1014

We switched to Servd as our hosting service, and used a CNAME to point two domains to their servers. Everything worked as expected, except I have one team member in AZ who is receiving an “Error 1014” on one domain and an “err_connection_refused” on the other. I’ve confirmed that Servd is not using Cloudflare, and I would imagine if this error were legit that all of my visitors would be seeing it.

It’s been over 24 hours since the domain change, so I don’t suspect propagation as the issue. Any thoughts?

Can you have them clear cache and/or try in incognito mode?

I would expect that as well. If this continues to be an issue, can you share the name of the website?
