Only "error" message

some time (around 3 or 4 days) our server haves problem, all website on this sever with only message “error” I must restart VPS to solved. Our sever support team told me that our website have attacked with many IP requested. But i see our Cloudflare firewall events there are not IP had blocked.

How I can and which solution of Cloudflare to solve this problem?

You need to make sure you’re restoring visitor IP addresses - https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/sections/200805497-Restoring-Visitor-IPs - otherwise the CF proxy (which uses only a few IPs) will likely be blocked due to DDOS detection.
