Only a one Domain name not proxied via Cloudflare, HTTP header shows Origin IP

I have over 10 domains on Cloudflare, but today I found that one of my domains is not proxied through the Cloudflare network. When I check the site HTTP headerr it still shows my origin server IP under "Remote Address: ".

My domain “DNS is proxied” (Cloudflare icon orange) and Cloudflare is enabled for this domain.

However, if I use DNS propagation tools (like whatsmydns.net), it shows Cloudflare IPs. For testing purposes, I have manually blocked my IP using a Firewall (IP Access Rules), but still, I can access my site.

What could be the reason for this?

You may have a local hosts file on your computer that’s connecting you directly to your server’s IP address. Have you tried a different device on your network?
