When accessing App protected by Cloudflare Acccess, and selecting One-time PIN, the email containing the code lasts 10 minutes to arrive.

We are not facing any incidents regarding the delivery time for Cloudflare Access One-time PIN, Could I ask you to open a request ticket internally with Cloudflare if this is still happening for the team to investigate and specify to us if you are seeing this issue with multiple users or just one specific email address.
