One page rule for http, https, http://www, https://www to forward to another URL

Hi,

I would like to create one-page rule to do the following:
http*://domain.com/ → https://domain.at/

Basically every kind of the domain.com should be forwarded to the domain.at
http://domain.com
https://domain.com
www.domain.com
Default title | Domain.com

Can I do this with wildcards?
