One of my sites returns "status code 503"

I’m trying to check speed of one of my sites (coloranti-naturali.ro) via Cloudflare panel and I’m getting this error:
“coloranti-naturali.ro returned status code 503.
Make sure hostname fetches successfully to proceed with speed analysis.”

Also, I’m getting 503 error when I check the noindex html tags of this website.

Even so, the site is fetching without errors when I access it from any browser or analyze it with google pagespeed insights.

I’m not an expert, can anybody let me know if this is a problem on Cloudflare’s side or my server’s?

This sounds like it’s happened before. Open a Support Ticket:
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.

In the mean time, check the Firewall Events Log to see if that request was blocked.

The firewall shows no events.
I’ve just opened a ticket, I hope it gets sorted out quickly.
