One of cloudflare IPs is down and makes my domain not work for some ISPs in my country

Since today my domain “chipman.pt” is not acessible from 2 major ISP in our country. MEO and NOS. But from Vodafone is working fine. After some tests, the IP 104.21.20.211 from Cloudflare is offline and we are not sure what is causing this issue but it’s affecting us. We have been offline for MEO and NOS that represents 70% of our clients for 5/7 hours now.

Anyone has any ideia what this might be?

Just found out, when I disable proxy from Cloudflare, it works but I lose HTTPS

It sounds like an ISP issue. You need to contact the ISPs and see why they aren’t routing to Cloudflare.
