Hello, for one domain, ever since I added it to Cloudflare, all persons to whom I have reached out via email have notified me that the message they receive from me now appears as follows:
“On Behalf of…” email address sending your emails. Do you expect “[redacted]@outlook[.]com”
What could be causing this? Is it a DNS record issue?
That is controlled by your email service provider. You will need to consult their documentation to see if it supports the use of other identities without the “on behalf of” notice as well as what steps are required to accomplish that.
