I tried to make a ticket but a bot said to make a community post and then I didn’t get any answer
I moved my website to shopify a week ago and have been having issues with my www. domain, contacted shopify and they told me to contact cloudflare to have an old SSL removed so shopify can add their own.
My ticket number is 2324715
I’ve escalated your post here and made some notes on your ticket to have the churned custom hostname removed by the agent.
We need follow up for this ticket. This is urgent.
Another approach that might be quicker is to contact the old host who set up your Cloudflare SSL and ask them to completely clear it from the system.
