Old redirect issue I posted but not resolved yet

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Redirect creating long URL

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I posted a question a while back on a domain issue (see below) but I never followed through to resolve it. Since I can’t figure it out on my own, I’d like to pay for someone to help me on this:

sadtoglad.us goes to a string of redirects (see screenshot)

Can anyone help me on this by walking me through how to resolve on a quick zoom call? Please DM and share your fees. Thank you!

In addition to the above request for help, I also would like to make www.plantpoweredapp.com work like plantpoweredapp.com does (www seems to stop it from working)

Free & easy, click the error message → too many redirects, then go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls and set SSL/TLS to Full (strict). It’s a flexible now, yes?

For anyone that searches too many redirects downtheline, the errors “The page isn’t redirecting properly” or “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” indicates a redirect loop between Cloudflare and your origin server. The easiest fix for this is to remove the redirect on your origin server. For a more detailed set of options, review the troubleshooting suggestions in this Community Tip. Let us know if you continue to see issues after trying the Quick Fix Ideas in the Tip, we’re happy to help further.

In addition, that error message is DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Why? I would guess it’s because there is no record called www. But, plantpoweredapp.com has never used cloudflare, so that is just a guess.

Welcome back, @jessieupp

Check the destination in your redirect. I suspect that you will find plantpoweredfoodie.com/ instead of https://plantpoweredfoodie.com/

See if adding the scheme (https://) to the redirect URL helps.

@epic.network - that simple fix worked! thank you very much.

@cloonan - thank you for reaching out with your immediate support.
