Old name servers are not removing

What is the issue you’re encountering

I recently on board one of my domain to Cloudflare, I add CF name servers as guided However it doesn’t activate due to old name servers are still showing . I tried many times and verify dns with third party sites they all showing only CF Name servers but in cf portal it still shows old name servers. please assist

You need to remove the 3 AWS ones using your registrar’s dashboard or, if only the 2 Cloudflare ones are showing there too, contact your registrar and ask them to get it fixed.

I removed them from registrar but they are still showing in CF. I contacted them already they told me only the CF records are configured. I’m struck

You need to contact your registrar as the .lk nameservers still have the extra nameservers. Only your registrar can fix this…
