Old DNS records in O365

What is the issue you’re encountering

Failed to update DNS records for newly added domain. I use these records to configure the O365 service. It still refers to the old records. Checked with microsoft’s mxtoolbox and testconnectivity, the tests pass correctly, but the old records are displayed.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Delete records and add it again.

From the screenshot … Microsoft is querying 2 Cloudflare nameservers and 2 nameservers which are not Cloudflare. Perhaps that is/was due to a caching issue… when Microsoft queries the correct nameservers at Cloudflare it should find the records if you’ve created them.
