Offline when Cloudflare Active (Error SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP)

after changing the nameserver my website is offline with error “SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP” on firefox browser and error “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH” with browser Google Chrome.

I have a Lets Encrypt cert from hoster. The SSL setting in Cloudflare is “Full (strict)”. I tried to switch the setting in “Full” but the site is still down.

If I stop Cloudflare (Pause) the website works fine. My site was alraedy in full SSL before using Cloudflare and is still.

I read the troubleshooting articles in help center but i didnt find a solution.

Can anyone help?

Your SSL certificate probably hasn’t finished installing. What’s the Status in the SSL section of your Crypto settings? It should be “Active Certificate.”

The status is blue “Authorizing Certificate”

Your are right! Could these be the reason for the downtime?

Absolutely! It’s supposed to issue within 24 hours. When it’s working well for me, it’s much, much less than 24 hours.

Open a Support ticket. They should be able to give it a nudge.

Or login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.

The 24 hours are coming to end soon. I have open a ticket.

Thank you for help!
