No, we are not using Cloudflare Streaming.**

  • We are using Cloudflare CDN and storing videos in an S3 bucket.
  • Under normal conditions, all videos work fine. However, during periods of high traffic, users are sometimes unable to play videos.

Question: What could be causing this issue?

We initially used R2, but due to some issues related to Jio ISP in india with R2, We temporarily moved our storage from R2 to an S3 bucket till problem resolve.
