Office365 + SaaS Zero Trust Setup

I am trying to add Office365 to my Cloudflare Zero Trust App’s list. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to setup 0365 and get the Entity ID & Assertion Consumer Service URL that I need in order to add O365 to my applications list?

Google has not been any help. Thank you in advance.
