Office 365 would block if I use cloud flare DNS?

Hello,
I have a domain I want to add cloudfalre DNS in domain name register account here is one thing I have concern about it is that I use Office 365 emails already records was added in my domain account if I add Cloudfalre DNS my emails would stopping to send and receive emails or not ? what is good your recommendations ?

When you use Cloudflare, your DNS records at Cloudflare should completely match your current DNS records, including all the mail records for Office 365. This is a common setup for many who use Office 365 or Gmail for their domain’s email.
