Office 365 repair is using WARP and WARP isn’t installed on the PC

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I go to Programs and Features and click on Microsoft 365 Apps for Business and click on Change.
When the repair starts I select Online Repair and then I get an error saying ‘Something went wrong’.
You need an internet connection.
I’m getting this error because the Firewall blocks high risk application sites such as Proxy and
Tunnels but why is it trying to use WARP when it’s not setup?
