I am unable to add my domain into Office 365

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried recreating the DNS record a few times and allowed time for it to accept the changes.

If that is not the correct one you may be adding your domain to a different Cloudflare account from where it is currently active as there are 2 sets of Cloudflare nameservers resolving for your domain…
