What is the issue you’re encountering

i’m trying to activate cloudflare o2o for Shopify but I keep getting the error when I am adding the CNAME record to activate it. It says: Target shops .myshopify .com is not allowed for a proxied account. I’ve checked community answers and it says that someone from cloudflare team needs to enable this feature on our end to work. Could you please enable o2o feature for Shopify in my account please? Thanks

Update: customer service team has enabled it for us.
