We have enabled O2O on domain but it still doesn’t show any events on the Cloudflare Dashboard. Our Worker does not work either on the specified route.
We have the domain connected to WPEngine CNAME on their advanced network and have the orange clouds enabled to www and non-www domain in Cloudflare.
DNS records
Are both the apex and www records CNAMEs direct to wp.wpenginepowered.com? (Some people use A/AAAA at the apex, or CNAME from www to the apex - O2O won’t work in those cases).
Otherwise, can you show a screenshot of the DNS records and give the Worker route?
No, both domain are pointing to their GSE ({ID}.wpeproxy.com).
But isn’t Cloudflare in the first step of processing the requests? It receives them in the first place and then pass it to next layers.
Check with WPEngine as O2O requires use of the CNAMEs as here…
If a host uses Cloudflare, as WPEngine does, any request not using O2O goes direct to the host’s account and does not pass through your account.
