Numeric Wildcard for Page Rules?

Is there any way to use a wildcard that checks for a numeric value? We have a series of podcast episode pages that are www.example.com/numeric-integer. I would like to set up a page rule to forward those URLs to www.example.com/blog/numeric-integer.

Regular expressions are not supported in page rules (with one very limited exception). You can only use the * wildcard.
