Nslookup can not find the domain name

It seems something is wrong with Cloudflare dns server, I’m puzzled about that,
Here’s how I did it:

➜ ~ nslookup open.wacaiyun.com 1.1.1.1
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

➜ ~ nslookup open.wacaiyun.com 1.0.0.1
Server: 1.0.0.1
Address:	1.0.0.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
*** Can't find open.wacaiyun.com: No answer

➜ ~ nslookup open.wacaiyun.com 8.8.8.8
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address:	8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:	open.wacaiyun.com
Address: 115.236.76.252

Same issue, and I am sure its not my setup that causes it since my android phones can’t reach to address either:
I live in turkey and dnsleaktest.com sees 172.69.117.149 as my dns server
