No, if your domain is with Cloudlfare Registrar you have to use Cloudflare nameservers. This is noted when buying or transferring a domain.
Either point at your host using A/AAAA/CNAME records in your Cloudflare DNS, or if you must change nameservers, you will need to transfer your domain registration out to another registrar.
