NS servers reset from Cloudflare to Wix NS, but never propegated - still see cloudflare NS servers in ICANN lookup after 48 hours
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted Wix support, nothing they can do before switch is propegated.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Compare NS servers listed on dashboard for domain (they are Wix NS’s) with ICANN whois, which lists Cloudflare NS servers. Also, domain name doesn’t resolve from browsers.
Thank you, I’ve just stored the A and CNAME records per Wix’s instructions and Wix is now checking the connection. I turned off Proxy per instructions elsewhere in the Wix support pages, is that correct? If not, I’ll turn the Proxy back on for the A and CNAME records at Cloudflare.
