Hi there, I have added the 3 dotdigital ns records, to the subdomain marketing.rosevine.co.uk, but when I check on dnschecker.org it has only propagated on a handful of regions. I have done the same dns settings for my other domain (marketing.borrowdale-gates.com) and it is working perfectly. It’s been over a week already. Please assist?
Ok, these are a bit strange, but may be for some reason you’ve set that I can’t see.

In summary, marketing.rosevine.co.uk isn’t being answered for by the dotdigital nameservers, and your delegation doesn’t seem to have any use as the records are defined in the Cloudflare DNS anyway (but maybe you have other records that are).
Someone else may be able to spot more. Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I’ll communicate the set up as best as possible, but its currently set as:
123reg. Domain is sitting there, nameservers are Cloudflare, so I can’t make any dns changes there.
Cloudflare: domain is managed here, a record pointing to the IP at Xneelo hosting company, where I have a managed server where the websites are hosted.
Xneelo: Managed server with all our websites being hosted.
The configuration has worked perfectly fine, until trying to create the subdomains for dotdigital, a crm company that wants to send mailers from the subdomain.
As I mentioned, the dotdigital nameservers are not answering for marketing.rosevine.co.uk and still aren’t so you’ll need to ask them about that.
