NS Records for branded sending domain: are HOST and NAME interchangeable?

I’m setting up a branded sending domain for my email marketing. I use Klaviyo.
I need to send emails from a subdomain like send.mywebsite.com

Klaviyo says to add the following records:

Type: NS
Host: send
Value: ns1.klaviyo,com

But Cloudflare is only giving me the option of type, name, and value.

Are host & name interchangeable?
