NS Record Not Detected

I have delegated my sub domain into external name server / hosting provider by adding NS record from my dashboard. Already following this guide: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021357131-Delegating-Subdomains-Outside-of-Cloudflare
.
But when i check with NS lookup tools it still not exists / detected. Is there missing steps / parts with this?

The nameservers are in place

Address:  172.64.33.157

mail.gabe.co.id nameserver = ns1.rumahweb.com
mail.gabe.co.id nameserver = ns2.rumahweb.com
mail.gabe.co.id nameserver = ns3.rumahweb.net
mail.gabe.co.id nameserver = ns4.rumahweb.net

However they are not responding
