What is the issue you’re encountering

NS DNS records not updating despite being add into the dashboard for atleast a week.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve been trying to get my website live and they should be pointing to Wix servers, however they’re not even though there is no proxy and they’ve been updated for at least a week. Any options?

Ok, did what you suggested. Hopefully it’ll work. Thanks for the help and I’ll update if it needs another solution.

It worked! Thank you very much for the link. The bottom line is that you have to use the pointing method to link your own domain name to a Wix site.
