we applied for the NS for our other webshops about a month ago, we are still waiting for Strato to finally change the NS, yesterday I did the same process 1 to 1 for our store worldwidevapes.de, here the Cloudflare free plan was activated the same day and everything works smoothly, do you have any idea why there is still a problem with the ns change requested a month ago? Strato says everything is fine on their site, I have re-entered the NS at strato, but so far still no change
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
ns change newly entered and strato says 24h until it was transferred to the registry, these are double and triple, could it be that we still have an unconfigured account somewhere that comes into conflict with the new account here? how could I find this out?
