Hello,
I recently got my domain name for the first time in Cloudflare and I cannot seem to be able to modify my NS servers for connecting with my WordPress hosting. How could I solve this? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
Domains that are registered using Coudflare Registrar must use Cloudflare DNS as specified in section 6.1 of the Domain Registration Agreement and section 7.2 of the Cloudflare Registrar Terms of Service
6.1 Nameservers. Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

Are you ready now for the good news? You do not need to change your nameservers to use your domain with WordPress!
If you are using WordPress.com
you can follow their guide to use your domain with your site.
If you are running your WordPress.org
site on another hosting provider, the process is similar. You will need to find your IP address from your hosting provider and add the DNS records you need in your Cloudflare DNS app.
