Novenet.mx is not a registered domain

I am trying to add this domain in cloudflare but it sends me the novenet.mx is not a registered domain, but however that domain if I have it planted elguin can you tell me why I get that error the domain I have it checked https://www.akky.mx/ although previously I had put another domain purchased from it on the same page

I don’t see any DNS records for it. And that is unusual. Maybe that’s why Cloudflare doesn’t think it’s registered. Does akky let you add name servers for a parked domain page?
